MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT FOR FREIGHT FORWARDERS

At BDP Solutions we believe that the relationship with our customers does not end when a project is completed. Quite the reverse!

Our team of fully qualified engineers are based at London Heathrow, and hold BDP airside passes for LHR. All team members have certified CO level Security Awareness training as standard. Where necessary, they will also hold forklift and IPAF certificates. In addition, we have SEMA qualified racking inspectors and LOLER qualified lifting equipment inspectors.

As with all of our other services, BDP are able to provide customized support for mechanical handling systems to suit the individual needs of our Clients. BDP can provide maintenance training programs for the client’s own maintenance team, as well as advice on maintenance programs and schedules. Our System Design background gives us the maintenance edge, as we understand how to improve reliability through design. This ensures our support is proactive, not just reactive!  

In some cases remote support can also be provided via systems links over internet, VPN or 5G. Often, by monitoring system status, our engineers can advise local site staff of faulty components etc.

BDP support WFS's Heathrow and Manchester operations with dedicated teams. Their range of skills include Systems Support, Upgrades, PLC Programming and PPM. We often also identify operational issues, and then quickly provide solutions. This keeps productivity high, and repair costs low!

We have a dedicated Team of engineers a IAG 'New Premia' at Heathrow. The team support, on site, 24/7 to ensure this prestigious site operates seamlessly. We have also implemented a number of improvements to ensure the system is second to none!

BDP also provide non-residential support to K&N, JAS and Davies Turner at Heathrow, as well as WFS and K&N at Manchester.
